CLASSES
*ATV/SIDE BY SIDES
*STOCK – up to 34” DOT street legal tires
*SUPERSTOCK – over 34.5” up to 38.5” DOT street legal tires
*MODIFIED – over 38.5” up to 44” DOT street legal tires
*LITTLE OUTLAW (SUPER MODIFIED ALL MOTOR) - cuts, scoops, paddles, any non-street legal tires, NO POWER ADDERS, blowers are allowed, but no nitrous
*BIG OUTLAW (SUPER MODIFIED) – cuts, scoops, paddles, any non-street legal tires – blowers and nitrous are allowed
ENTRY FEES
ATV/SIDE BY SIDES - $10.00 Per Run
VEHICLES/RAILS - $20.00 Per Run
DASH FOR CASH – NO ENTRY FEE
RULES:
1. All drivers must fill out an entry form before taking part in the event.
2. Only drivers, owners, mechanics, etc. that sign an insurance release will be permitted in the pit area or on the track.
3. Drivers must be 16 years old and have a valid driver’s license. Proof of age is required. The only exceptions will be with the ATV, SXS, and dirt bike classes which allow ages 10 and older.
4. Any contestant violating rules of conduct (examples include recklessness, intoxication) may be disqualified and/or removed from the grounds by Intimidation Motorsports staff with no refund. Alcohol and drugs are not allowed. Any driver or any member of his/her pit crew consuming alcohol or drugs before or during the event, or is in any way found to be intoxicated, will be disqualified from the event, subject to immediate ejection from the event, and will forfeit any prize money. Drivers will be held responsible for the actions of their crew members.
5. Fighting or other misconduct on the track, in the pits, or in the stands will not be tolerated. All parties will be suspended from all events operated by Intimidation Motorsports until the situation has been resolved with Intimidation Motorsports and any of its partners, if applicable. Any registration fees, including pre-registration fees, will not be refunded, and any prize money will be forfeited.
6. Modifications are acceptable in any class. Open cabs must have a roll bar.
7. All truck drivers must wear a seatbelt.
8. ALL drivers of ATV, SXS, and bikes must wear a helmet.
9. Truck drivers are encouraged to have a fire extinguisher inside the vehicle.
10. No loose objects in a vehicle. No added weights.
11. Vehicles must have a way to hook up or vehicle may not run.
12. Vehicles must have a secure pullback hitch. NO CLEVIS PROVIDED
13. No riders allowed in the vehicle during competition.
14. No one allowed in the competition area except officials.
15. The course will be marked. Crossing boundaries will result in disqualification.
16. Stop immediately if you make it through the pit. If you continue to drag the cable into the pits, you will be disqualified.
17. You will be stopped by the official if they feel the vehicle can no longer move forward under its own power in the pit. No backing up.
18. No reckless driving or speeding anywhere in the pit area.
19. Vehicles will be classified by wheel size only, NOT wheelbase or engine size.
20. Vehicles must be registered no later than one hour before starting time.
21. You must pay regular admission to the fair at the main gate. This does NOT count as your entry into the pits. General admission is charged by the fair, not Intimidation Motorsports, and is separate from participating in track events. The registration fee for this event consists of $10 which is paid at the pit gate, and either $10 or $20 (depending on class) which is paid when you register your vehicle. Driver will have their $10 pit gate fee deducted at registration. This is limited to ONE pit gate fee per driver, regardless of the number of classes ran – no exceptions. There will be no other reimbursements or refunds of any kind for any reason. Any additional pit helpers will pay a $10 pit fee.
22. The same truck can run in the same class as long as it is a different driver.
23. The same truck can bump up in classes without changing tires.
24. All competitors participate at their own risk to themselves and their equipment. All contestants and pit personnel must sign a waiver to participate in the event, understanding that they are competing at their own risk and that they will not bring suit against any officials, employees, promoters, or property owners. By signing the release form, you agree to all rules set forth.
