GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS, CLASSES, AND PAYOUTS
ENTRY IS LIMITED TO 16 VEHICLES IN EACH CLASS (MUST HAVE 4 VEHICLES TO RUN A CLASS)

ENTRY FEES
ALL CLASSES - $20.00 Per Run
** AFTER ALL CLASSES ARE RUN AND TIME PERMITTING, WE WILL OFFER GRUDGE MATCH RUNS AT $10 PER VEHICLE. GRUDGE MATCHES ARE FOR BRAGGING RIGHTS ONLY. NO CASH AWARDS WILL BE GIVEN. **
DRAG RACING GENERAL RULES/REGISTRATION:
1. All dirt drag participants must be registered by 1 hour before the show time.
2. A current valid driver’s license and insurance certificate are required for the driver of tagged vehicles. Any driver under the age of 18 must have a parent present and that parent must sign the parental consent form and liability waiver. Drivers of ATV, SXS, and dirt bike classes must be age 10 or older.
3. HELMETS AND SEATBELTS/HARNESSES MUST BE WORN WHILE ON THE TRACK
4. You must pay regular admission to the fair at the main gate. This does NOT count as your entry into the pits. General admission is charged by the fair, not Intimidation Motorsports, and is separate from participating in track events. The registration fee for this event is $30 per vehicle; $10 is paid at the pit gate, and $20 is paid when you register your vehicle. Driver will have their $10 pit gate fee deducted at registration. This is limited to ONE pit gate fee per driver, regardless of the number of classes ran – no exceptions. There will be no other reimbursements or refunds of any kind for any reason. Any additional pit helpers will pay a $10 pit fee.
5. All vehicles participating in the grudge race will pay an entry fee of $10 per race.
6. Anyone wishing to participate in the Grudge Racing event after the main event must have their vehicles in the pit area BEFORE the main event has started. No vehicles will be permitted into the pit area after the event has started. NO EXCEPTIONS
7. The order and bracket set up will be determined prior to the start of the first round by chip pulls.
8. All competitors participate at their own risk to themselves and their equipment. All contestants and pit personnel must sign a waiver to participate in the event, understanding that they are competing at their own risk and that they will not bring suit against any officials, employees, promoters, or property owners. By signing the release form, you agree to all rules set forth.
9. Only trucks that are licensed and tagged for street use are allowed to participate.
10. Vehicles will be inspected and it will be determined by the tech officials if you will be allowed to run.
11. All drivers must attend a mandatory driver’s meeting held before the event begins to be held in the pit area.
12. If a driver is not at lineup within two minutes of being called to the track, that driver will be disqualified with no refund. You know when you will be running, so pay attention.
13. After their run, winners must return to the staging area immediately in order to stage for the next round.
14. Competition vehicles must be operated in a safe manner AT ALL TIMES within the confines of the track, the pit area, and the staging area. Track officials have the right to stop and disqualify any vehicle which is being operated recklessly. PIT AND STAGING AREA SPEED LIMIT 5 MPH.
15. No one is allowed on the track except for the track officials and contestants.
16. The driver must stop immediately upon the signal of the red flag from the flagman.
17. Track officials will have the option to inspect vehicles and check competitors for rule violations any time during the event. The contest will be governed by track officials with all decision’s final with no appeal process.
18. Track officials reserve the right to change any safety rules, or any rules in the general ruleset, at any time if they feel there is a necessity to do so.
19. Any parts dropped from the vehicle during the competition will result in disqualification.
20. Classes may be added or cut if necessary. There must have at least 4 participants to make the class. If not, competitors must jump to the next class.
21. Each vehicle and each driver may only be entered into competition 1 time per class.
22. No loose objects in the cab or any place else in/on the vehicle.
23. Track officials have the authority to disqualify with no appeal process.
24. Drivers must stay with their vehicles while their class is participating. Failure to remain with your vehicle can result in disqualification.
25. Any vehicle that touches the white line will be disqualified.
26. Tether kill switches highly recommended on ATV, UTV’s and bikes.
27. Any machine running a power adder MUST have a wheelie bar or it will not run.
28. If gas tanks have been moved, they must be secured.
29. Any contestant violating rules of conduct (examples include recklessness, intoxication) may be disqualified and/or removed from the grounds by Intimidation Motorsports staff with no refund. Alcohol and drugs are not allowed. Any driver or any member of his/her pit crew consuming alcohol or drugs before or during the event, or is in any way found to be intoxicated, will be disqualified from the event, subject to immediate ejection from the event, and will forfeit any prize money. Drivers will be held responsible for the actions of their crew members.
30. Fighting or other misconduct on the track, in the pits, or in the stands will not be tolerated. All parties will be suspended from all events operated by Intimidation Motorsports until the situation has been resolved with Intimidation Motorsports and any of its partners, if applicable. Any registration fees, including pre-registration fees, will not be refunded, and any prize money will be forfeited.
31. All drag racing decisions made by the officials are FINAL with no appeal process.
CLOTHING REQUIREMENTS
1. All drivers must wear DOT approved full coverage helmet in all ATV, SXS, and bike classes.
2. Chin straps must be strapped.
3. All drivers of ATV, SXS, and bikes must wear either eye goggles or full-face shields while racing.
4. Long pants and long sleeve shirts are highly recommended.
5. Closed toed shoes (leather boots preferred)
DRAG RACING AREA:
1. All drag racing will be conducted on a dirt surface.
2. Two side-by-side lanes will be marked by a white chalk line and orange cones.
3. The normal drag race track will be set at 200’.
4. It will be the determination of the officials to cancel racing if unsafe weather conditions are present.
5. All races will be started by a pre-stage pro tree.
6. Crossing of any lane lines will be a loss for that race.
CLASS INFORMATION:
RWYB CLASS RULES:
1. Must meet all safety requirements.
2. All general rules apply.
TRUCK CLASS RULES:
3. Any street legal gas or diesel truck/SUV permitted. Trucks must be tagged and insured (no dealer or transport tags). Registration card and license plate must match and state inspection.
4. Must retain full factory interior, no gutted race trucks.
5. All tires must have a DOT stamp. No cut, bar, paddle or scoop tires allowed. No studded tire and no tire chains.
6. Must retain factory O.E.M. chassis. Aftermarket bolt on suspension modifications permitted.
7. Dually wheel trucks must have dually wheel bed.
8. Must have all glass windows.
9. Must have all body panels.
10. Once the opponent has both stage beams lit, you will have 10 seconds to get your light lit or you will be disqualified.
11. Not stopping safely will result in immediate disqualification.
12. Must meet all safety requirements.
13. All general rules apply.
ATV & SXS CLASS RULES:
1. Engine, transmission, drive-line modifications are allowed.
2. Suspension may be modified.
3. OEM frame / modifications are allowed.
4. Intakes, exhaust manifold may be modified.
5. Any length swing arm and a-arms allowed.
6. Any tires and wheels.
7. Any machine running a power adder MUST have a wheelie bar or it will not run.
8. Straps or tie-downs are permitted.
9. Tether kill switch is highly recommended.
10. Nitrous Oxide is permitted.
11. Must have a full coverage helmet. Fire proof suit is highly recommended.
12. Must meet all safety requirements.
13. All general rules apply.
DIRT BIKE CLASS RULES:
1. Engine, transmission, drive-line may be modified.
2. Suspension and frame may be modified.
3. Intakes, exhaust manifold may be modified.
4. After market swing arm are permitted.
5. Any tires and wheels are permitted.
6. Wheelie bars are permitted.
7. Straps or tie-downs are permitted.
8. Tether kill switch is highly recommended.
9. Nitrous Oxide is permitted.
